Julie Anstandig Wolf is a strategic advisor whose focus is the connection of organizational models, change management, and operational excellence. For the clients of Dewar Sloan, Julie brings a distinctive approach to the challenges of growth, performance, and change. Her focus on the strategic readiness of organizations is one that helps leaders at every level adapt and respond. She has been the research engine for much of the subject matter expertise produced by the firm.
Julie’s perspectives and ongoing research have been shaped by her formal education in Economics and Political Science, broad corporate and consulting experience, and her unique sense of the many tensions of today’s organizations. She has a unique grasp of the operational and compliance aspects of management, along with the relational and cultural aspects of leadership. A quiet and deliberate agent of progress, Julie is a steady guide who brings clarity and focus to our work.
